Let's face it, there are a LOT of realtors out there... It can feel as though many don't have much hustle, are unresponsive, and unprofessional. When we started our house hunting journey as first time homebuyers, it was incredibly overwhelming. We didn't jive with any realtors we had met, and searched around a bit at first. From the moment we met Larry, he was completely different from other realtors we had met. He doesn't drive a flashy car or dress formally, he's humble and real. He was patient and professional when getting to know us and our list of must haves and nice to haves. He was incredibly persistent and responsive when we had questions and wanted to look at houses. Larry was very persistent, but did not at all feel pushy when it came to making offers or increasing bids. He really went the extra mile in finding additional information on properties, looking at trends in the neighborhood, and writing offers. Larry gave recommendations when writing offers based on communications with listing agents and analyzing current market trends to see the likelihood of an offer getting accepted. Larry really impressed us in the closing process, where he went above and beyond in ensuring the proper inspections were performed, and by digging up old records. If you are a buyer who is serious about finding a home and want someone who is persistent and professional, you really can't go wrong with Larry. I can't speak too much about him on the Sellers side, but I'm sure he is just as good, if not better.
